We Link, we lead
Empowering Youth for a Brighter Future
About Link Youth Leaders
Our Vision
We envision a future where young people lead with compassion, purpose, and a strong sense of responsibility for their communities. Link Youth Leaders strives to connect people, generations, and communities through meaningful service while empowering youth to become proactive leaders who create positive change. In an increasingly technology-driven world, we believe that human connection, empathy, and solidarity are more important than ever. Through leadership, service, and social innovation, we aim to build inclusive and caring communities where young people can grow into responsible global citizens and help create a future where no one is left behind.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower young people to become compassionate, proactive leaders who create meaningful change in their communities. Through youth-led service, social innovation, and genuine human connection, we strive to bridge people, generations, and communities while supporting those who are marginalized or underserved. In an increasingly technology-driven world, Link Youth Leaders is committed to placing human-centered values at the heart of progress and inspiring youth to build stronger, more inclusive, and caring communities.
Our Community Service
Community service is at the heart of Link Youth Leaders. Through our member clubs, students take part in meaningful service throughout the community, including supporting individuals with disabilities, preparing meals at local food banks and kitchens, participating in beach cleanups, and serving seniors at local nursing homes. Through these hands-on experiences, our members develop compassion, responsibility, and a lasting commitment to helping others.
Our Programs
Our Programs bring together youth who want to collaborate, share their talents, and create meaningful projects together. Each program is driven by student initiative and focused on using creativity to express themselves and give back. Our current initiative, the Meari Ensemble, brings music-loving students together to perform and serve through community events
Our Impact
Through diverse community service, youth-led projects, and local and global initiatives, Link Youth Leaders provides young people with meaningful opportunities to make a positive difference. Our members identify real-world challenges in the areas of education, environment, and community well-being, and work together to develop creative solutions. Through these hands-on experiences, they strengthen their leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while learning to respect diversity and connect with people from different backgrounds. Ultimately, we aim to inspire compassionate, responsible, and globally minded leaders who are prepared to create lasting change in their communities and beyond.
